acquisition of Verisign's authentication business, including the Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate Services, the Public Key Infrastructure
(PKI) Services, the Verisign Trust Services, the Verisign Identity
Protection (VIP) Authentication Service, and the majority stake in
Verisign Japan.
